Welcome to the Guernsey Registry Online Portal. As part of an ongoing IT upgrade to improve the Registry’s services we have transferred some of the registers that were previously held on this portal to a new one. As a result some features of this site are no longer available.

You can still use this portal to access Intellectual Property Services and the Guernsey Finance Funding Levy but if you want to search, make filings and update the company, limited partnerships, limited liability partnership and foundation registers please go to the new and improved online services portal here

The next phase of this project will move the Intellectual Property Services and Guernsey Finance Funding Levy to the new portal in June 2024. At which point this portal will no longer be available.
